The Board is equally corrupt and must be dissolved and investigated. Those guilty among them be jailed for good lessons to be learned by all such criminals in the system. Being corrupt, they think falsely that government money is an elephant meat; it will never finish and nobody cares about how many millions they steal.
It is possible that some members of the Board, if not all of them, knew about the rot, receive their portions every month and colluded with the Executive to carry on with the massive corruption. It is also possible that the auditors knew and colluded with the NSS's nation wreckers to defraud the nation. They must all be investigated and jailed if found guilty.
What is the use of having boards of directors and auditors that receive huge salaries and allowances from the states if such rots are commonplace in our system?

I happen to see Prof. Stephen Adai private school which is situated between Dodowa and Mobole. This is the reason why people like him went to cripple the state schooling system so that they can fleece parents money in their private schools.

The prof is making good sense here..in Canada more government agencies operating the same way for government..private entity supervise by government..i.e Canada revenue service/agency..they are responsible for revenue for the government in regards to taxation system and if owe them ,all you paycheques will be garnish, on top of that you ,there is five year jail term committing fraud with them..though criminals can infiltrate them through cronnies but its 1 out of 100 cases..I am not sure if it can work the same in Ghana..prof is making great suggestion

I wonder what KWAME Nkrumah's Ghana has been turned into.If government won't allow institutions to work effectively just because it's own officials are masters of corruption, why won't people have the guts to insult Ghanaians by such criminal acts with such impunity and get away with it?These things are happening because we are cowards as Ghanaians.I don't think if this man and others before him are have been killed, any one will attempt it next time.Corruption is getting out of hand in this country and if we the citizens don't start teaching these our senseless leaders any lessons, they'll destroy the country for us.Enough is enough.

I DISAGREE with this guy-Prof Stephen Adei. First let us be bold and congratulate president Mahama for his determination to bring out the rot and clean the place. Thank you, my president. This issue has been there over the several many years of the implementation of NSS. It is not that there are no laid down methods to effectively carryout procedures relating to payment but it is the useless intransigence innovation schemes of Ghanaians to steal. As for that part even if you bring Angels who are Ghanaians they will find methods of stealing. Let us use our ICT knowledge and the late Ewuntomah's procedures to streamline the process! Private Ghanaian firms are as useless as the private ones! Foreign companies MUST not be allowed to handle our revenue either! It is the president who uncovered all these rots and he is capable of fixing them.

Does the honorable professor mean by the word DISMEMBERED that the bunch of thieves and kitty-wreckers' band should be dissolved, or they should be cut up from limb to limb like dead goats? That should be the appropriate punishment - to hell with the law and human rights!!!
Looks like these incidences of the unbridled looting of the public coffers have now gone out of hand.
While the President himself, his Ministers, party hangers-on and everybody in Government are wantonly engaging in that kind of free-for-all without compunction, no honest man is left in the country to raise a finger!
Is mere interdiction the punishment for such a heinous crime? God have mercy upon our nation.

We need somebody bold enough so that when people are caught with their hands in the kitty, they are severly punished in accordance with the law.
Wait, the judiciary and prosecting agancies will take donkey years to
handle these cases and at the end of it all nothing will come out of it.
What prevails in the developed countries?
