In fact, knowing how most of you think in here gives me the amplitude of satisfaction as to why the NPP is where it is today. In politics, there is something called a healthy propagandism, a nasty propagandism and finally a foolish propagandism. Strangely enough, the NPP yahoos together with their mushroom media houses doted across the length and breadth of Ghana chose the most ridiculous propagandism to address issues. Now, hear this, if the constitution stipulates that every loan brought before the August House must go through intense scrutiny by the legislators before appropriation or dismissal and that, folks, does not take just 24 hours of deliberation of accomplishment in any known democracies across the spectrum with Ghana democratic credentials firmly included in the league.

Nothing that appeared before the floor of the house is left to chance in favour of one party or the other. All matters concerning the state are fiercely debated to exhaustion before rubber-stamping for approval or rejection and that, my dear yahoos of the aisle, takes sometimes weeks or possibly months to honour such deals. Now then, those of you having a whale of a time to propagate blindly, try as hard as much to do your research prudently so as not to become a fool of a jackass the next time around in here. A foolish propagandist well deserved and well served indeed.

Pass new laws to ensure there are procedures in place to prevent this type of thing. Meanwhile there's nothing stopping you from refusing to rubber stamp what has been presented to you on the basis of lack of scrutiny

Why are you in Parliament for when you can't scrutinise bills properly but just pass them because not enough time was given to you? You have made Parliament an appendage of the Executive by always acquiescing to pressures from the Executive. You should all be ashamed of yourselves as Parliamentarians.
