  How can you conclude that he has defrauded his brother, if the only fact is that he has not been heard from nor seen? How do you know that he has not encountered some tragedy?

  Is there any wonder that Kufuor invented all these looting schemes that are now destroying Ghana? Sadly we are blaming the current government for Kufuor's crimes!

  Kufuor invented Zoom Lion - the mother of all the fraud schemes, as well as MMT, the looting of government lands and building etc.
  
  Why the corruption is now worse is because Prof failed to sack all the NPP officials in sensitive public positions and they are the ones causing all the harm just to tarnish this government.
