  It would appear that those in control of the NDC, for the time being, were bent on excluding other bona fide members of the Party who may wish to lay democratic claims to who becomes the next flag bearer of the Party by excluding them even before the mortal remains of the demised President were interred. It is also symptomatic of how political party elites in Ghana and Africa worm their way into the confidences of persons perceived as likely to ascend to power positions for purposes of eventual personal economic gain at the expense of the generality of the mass of Party members and the Nation which every President swears to serve under the Constitution

  If the tracer studies was plagiarised, who created the original report? The former minister claims he was suspicious. He still hasn't shown any credible set of actions he made to get to the bottom of it.

  Approving payment plan is taking the payment approval a step further. Why would he do that if he is not satisfied the work has been done and claims was unaware of the details of the work.
  It looks like the minister is being protected.
  Using Kobby the poof achaempong as the new head of gyeeda is a clear indication Mahama was sorry they were caught, not sorry the theft occurred. The thieving donkey must be punished. He has been the most corrupt leader in our history. Comparable to mobutu

Discredit, but the thievery wasn't discredited when it was being signed off to be siphoned? We need to get serious in this country, very serious.
