  Four-year olds should not be left to be on their own unsupervised at any time. The risk of their falling prey to such demonic predators is too high.

  true but there are too many pedophiles in Ghana!! it is shameful. lock them up and throw away the key - they cannot be rehabilitated. Shun them from the community
