Ghanaians are glorifing corruption,so it has become kind of institution itself.
From the President,Pastors,Ministers,almost everybody has accepted that getting rich is what matters,not how.Nobody askes questions how a Minister or Government appointee can build a Masion within one year of taking office.Nobody askes where Politicians get so much money to share to voters for vote.
It seems Ghanaians have accepted that corruption is the way to go.Not even Government is serious about fighting the canker.

No group of human beings will come together in the name of whatever to rob their country in the way P/NDC group of civilian and security personnel have done to Ghana. For 25 years, a small group of people have used their political wit and plain bullying to rape the resources of a country in most systematic and intricate manner that defies belief. The impunity and bare face audacity of it is what shocks a lot. GH8 Billion Cedis was spent by P/NDC from September to December of 2012. At the end of the day PNDC have sold every State Property Ghana ever owned. They then have saddled us with Debts never known in our economic history. The wilful abuse of scarce state resources in such profligate manner will be imprinted in history. PNDC is the worst thing that ever happened to Ghana. When they last left, the country was designated by IMF as a Highly Indebted Poor Country. Despite discovering oil and rise of our GDP, we have again become a laughing stock openly begging for alms, yet ceremonies and festivals and public adulation goes on. The robbery of the country's monies by PNDC officials in all the period they rule us is obscene. But it is the sheer waste of resources and their inability to generate wealth that has set us back big time. Everyone in PNDC is a thief. They are in politics solely for what they can get - connections for jobs, positions, contracts and largesse. They have all stolen so much money belonging to the State and People of Ghana. Gold Mines, Ships, factories, State corporations and allied lands and properties have all been liquidated. Oil used as sovereign Guarantee to borrow money 25 years ahead of Oil revenues. Debts. debts. Loans. Loans. There is no business and trade coming in except draconian taxes but spending of PNDC goes on. Each has built mansions and petrol stations and have cars and travel for Commissions as exposed in the huge sums of monies given to P/NDC Officials to just watch Football in Brazil. National Organiser of the ruling Party had $85,500 Dollars. a government of patronage and apartheid, awarding everything belonging to state to only themselves. Only PNDC people get everything in Ghana and still want more. I am not sure there is much evidence of wealth creation by Maahama's government except these shoe factories and Komenda sugar factory and such waste of space. They always are doing something but never does..what a poor government, so corrupt than anything ever seen on this earth: Woyome, Carridem, CHRAJ, Kuagbenu National Service Secretariat, GYEEDA, CP and Judgment Debts, Subah, SADA, Asiedu Nketia's Bui dam connection; Ibrahim Mahama breaking band to buy private plane, Money, Money, and more money for PNDC officials cruising the world collecting per diem. The Petrol coupons of every PNDC Government is mind boggling. Can they ever declare receipts of this? PNDC Officials and party hacks have got their hands in every pie and always wonder how they can surrender power and be so exposed, for this time they have really stolen a lot. They were worse the last time when 330 State properties were auctioned with huge debts still owed to us caused by the same people, who for theft reasons have paid so much judgment debts. PNDC is a gargantuan Robbery Organisation. They sold all our timber, gold, cocoa, diamond and never once accounted for the PNDC Account 48, which contained all the Fines and Penalties and Confiscated earnings accruing from their Tribunals, Investigations, Vetting and Investigation Committees and BNI and Military Command. Shame on PNDC, the most corrupt criminal organisation ever known in the Politics of this world!!!

Not just that, the axis of retrieval would need to go far, deep and wide to retrieve and recoup any of such looted funds and property distributed within and without the four corners of the earth, which brings to the fore, the issue of public declaration of assets, funds, interests etc, etc prior to assumption of public office. What is ironic is to see a party whose antecedents was marred in bloodletting on the pretext of fighting corruption to have perfected the art of corruption, to the point of causing mass murder in the country, and this party now sees nothing wrong with corruption and seeks to justify their corruption on the basis that, it cannot be eradicated. Heck, they massacred Ghanaians on the pretext of fighting corruption. Unless, the massacring of Ghanaians was not for corruption but for a whole different purpose and agenda. The death penalty is the way out of this looting and thievery.

If he claims corruption is as old as mankind why did he keep mum when previous governments were looting and pillaging the national coffers....it is fashionable these days in Ghana to latch on to the chorus of voices against corruption simply because you want to be counted....I will advise Emile to go and hide somewhere...when his voice was needed, he was no where to be found.....
