  I agree with Agya that mental illness cannot be cured. Sufferers can be helped / supported to manage or cope with the illness. Treatment is combination of drugs and social factors such as family/friends support, employment or ...

  I agree with Agya that mental illness cannot be cured. Sufferers can be helped / supported to manage or cope with the illness. Treatment is combination of drugs and social factors such as family/friends support, employment or education, security and safe housing.

  It is announced for the information of prospective applicants that Cambridge Senior High School is admitting students into SHS 1, 2 and the Remedial School.
  
  The courses being offered include General Arts, Business and General Science. BOARDING facilities are available for both males and females. More importantly, the fees are moderate. All the tutors are experienced examiners. All the tutors are from Prempeh and Opoku Ware SHS. The school is located at North Suntreso-Kumasi on Sunyani Road near Bekwai Roundabout.

  I am pleased that Mr Kuugyire raised this issue. Expired drugs are not only dangerous to consume, they comprise patients treatment because the medical team would think that the drug is not working so they would either increase the dose or switch drugs. Please let's stop this practice. Oh people should not only check for expiry dates on boxes but check the back of the 'wrapper/package' that contains the drug.

  The chief psychiatrist have a daunting task in that regard.We are still waiting to see him clear our streets of the mentally sick when there is shortage or expired anti-psychotics.There is a difference between holding the mentally disabled hostage as slaves or milking cows and caring for them.These unfortunate people are deliberately incarcerated under harsh conditions because Akwasi Osei and co are feeding fat on them by using them as bait for income generation.Little wonder he is forcing a high prevalence in mental disability to the extent of forcing mental illness on colleague doctors.Shocking that he enforced the sacking of these doctors contrary to his believe in the rights of the mentally ill to work and earn a living.
