When is the right time for her to resign? What are you trying to say, that no one can remove her as CHRAJ boss so she be an albatross on Ghana?

All constitutional positions equivalent to the Justice of the Appeal Court can be removed from office by the same means through which an Appeal Court Justice is removed. It is implicit by the Constitution. Period

It is not possible for the Constitution to have addressed every single matter and situation and for that reason some matters are implied.

When did it occur to Ayikoi Otoo that the Chief Justice cannot investigate the matter referred to her by the President?

It's high time some of these so-called legal luminary in Ghana stopped playing games with the people of Ghana by pretending that they know it all.

If the Chief Justice cannot, under instructions from the President, investigate the Commissioner, then who can do it? Ayikoi may know something the rest of us mortals don't know, so let him educate us!
