Any serious and discerning coach will be weary of working with the current GFA. In typical Ghanaian fashion, they've turned a simple task of reviewing potential employee background & exerience into a complicated circus. It they cannot perform this benign task, I'm not surprised of the fantastic stories of ineptitude and fraud that were revealed at the commission of inquiry. Kluivert is a smart man groomed with Dutch efficiency. He just refused to deal with Ghana's bull shit.

Where do we go from here?
Lets wait for DRAA to get exhausted scavenging the Sahara desert so we could ask him to come back to the fold to continue where he left off. Reason: "Kon the unpredictable" appears uninspired.

Grandmaster Osman Quesi Nyantakyi, the Caliph of GFA, at this point, should assemble all the members and re-think about the current search for a super-coach for the Ghana Black Stars. There is tripple wahala if this search is not done the proper way. We don't wanna hire a so called super coach who is so new to the African style, culture and the GFA's way of doing business.
So far , not so good. Milo the Serbian , who knows the Black Stars, the African style and Caliph Quesi Nantatakyi is now disqualifies based on some issues with his application. The next potential coach , Patrick Kluivert, who is of African heritage has also chickened out of contention.
Now we turn our attention to home-grown talent. Marcel Dessailly has said openly that he is not ready for the job now. He has got the BRAINS and the SKILL but where are his GUTS. Where are Abedi " Maestro" Pele, Tony " Lord Zico" Yeboah, Charles " Ladiesman" Akunnor, and Joe " Africa" Carr. Where are they? The ageless CK Gyamfi and wisened Ben Kuofie hoard lots of soccer knowledge but their era has passed away and so they are out of the picture.
The search must be augmented to include local coaches such as Sellas Tetteh, Duncan, Malik Jabir, Abdul Razak, Polo and Professor Mintah. In particular Sellas Teteh's current skill and experience will be enough to guide the Black Stars. Konadu talks about fixing the defence at the expense of offense. The Silent Killer may be slightly better than Konadu and some of the coaches being interviewed for the Black Star job. The GFA cannot experiment with the future of the Black Stars. They must do their roughwork on a clean sheet of paper before bringing a European novice to Ghana. Give the job to Sellas Tetteh.
FORWARD EVER BACKWARD NEVER FOR BEAUTIFUL GHANA.

2104 AWC: Ghana suffer shock defeat
BBC Sport
Algeria stunned Ghana 1-0 at the 2014 African Women Championship in Namibia, while Cameroon left it late to edge South Africa by the same score in the earlier game in Group B on Sunday.
With only one victory and one draw to show from three previous appearances at the AWC, Algeria went into the game as underdogs against Ghana, who had beaten them 2-1 at the 2010 edition in South Africa.
The skilful Naima Bouhani troubled the Ghana defence with her sleek moves in a drab first half.
In one such move, she handed Nachida Laifa a great opportunity to punish the slumbering Black Queens but Laifa fluffed her chance.
Ghana, who boast three appearances on the global stage and are desperately looking for a first African title, responded and pressed Algeria back.
And in the 64th minute Faiza Ibrahim struck a free-kick that bounced off the post.
Algeria goalkeeper Kahina Takenint then pulled off great saved saves to deny Hillia Kobblah, Mercy Myles and Agnes Aduako.
And the Black Queens were made to pay for their profligacy in front of goal.
The Dangerous Bouhani capitalised on a fast break in stoppage time and rounded the Ghana keeper before delivering a cross which substitute Horiya Aaffak dived in to nod home from close-range.
It gave Algeria their first win at the finals since they beat Mali 3-0 at the 2004 edition.
Veteran Algeria coach Azzedine Chih was delighted with the win.
"This is a big and historic result for the team. They fought hard and showed great ability against an experienced side." said Chih.
Cameroon midfielder Raissa Feudjio scored in the 88th minute to give her side an important win over South Africa.
The Indomitable Lionesses showed great intent from start with Gabrielle Aboudi going close with a strike that almost embarrassed Banyana Banyana goalkeeper Roxanne Barker in the eighth minute.
But South Africa hit back and almost equalised when Noko Matlou's effort struck the post six minutes later.
South African duo Portia Modise and Amanda Dlamini caused further problems in the second-half as Cameroon clung on.
Estelle Zouga and Aboudi came close for the Lionesses late on but Barker stood her ground in goal for Banyana.
Two minutes from time, Barker turned villain as she spilled a corner-kick to allow Raissa Feudjio to slam home from close-range to steal all the three points.

You mentioned Malaga, but you forgot to mention Schuster won league titles with both Real Madrid and Barcelona. And who is coaching England now? Roy Hodgson. Ask yourself how long did he stay at Liverpool before being appointed England coach? And even more seriously, what club, (forget about national team) has your darling Desailly been coaching? And what club did Kluivert coached? Yet you have been telling Ghanaians they are our saviours. Mr N your answers are urgently needed! For I cannot believe what you are saying.

If I were a member of the commitee appointed to interview the foreign trainers to train the Black stars of Ghana,I would advice the commitee members to sellect and appoint Herr Benrd Schuster, looking at his pedegree as once a coach of the Real Madrid and Barcelona which are some of the best football teams the world had ever seen.It would be better for Ghana since he would inculcate the German discipline into the football system in the country,ie,punctuality, body building, sportsmanship, smartness and goal scoring abilities. From my perspective he may be the best coach to be appointed being the rejected stone which will now become the cornerstone of the footing wall to bring the past glory of the Blackstars and smiles to the face of Ghanaians once more.
