  Though Asiedu Nketia is wrong in saying he would resign if the party delegates elect national officers he does not approve of. That is undemocratic. However, he right that Kofi Adams is a servants who serves two maters. In fact, Kofi Adams serves three masters (Rawlings, Nana Konadu and NDC). He is not fit for the National Organiser position and it would be bad for NDC if he is elected.
  
  Asiedu Nketia is also being selfish by supporting the incumbent National Chairman for his selfish reasons. The current Chairman is weak and ineffective so the General Secretary does almost everything by playing two roles (General Secretary and National Chairman). That also gives him enormous power and control over the affairs of the party and government. If a new effective and powerful Chairman is elected he would lose some of his influence and power. For that reason he prefers the status quo.
  
  Regarding the contenders for the National Chairman position, Hudu Yahaya would have been the best but he started his campaign too late. Moreover, for a regional balance of the party leadership, movers and shakers, with leader of the party and president from the Northern Region, as well as his early start, Kofi Portuphy has a better chance of unseating the incumbent.

He has never hijacked the party in anyway. There is work to be done and needless to say that, the party at this time does not need kids to hold adults positions to mess up things.
  
  The NDC party is the only political party that when it is properly led would make Ghana a proud nation.
  The party leaders to be elected must be able to connect with the President. The goal of the party and that of the president who is elected nationwide must be one. An agenda each party member must be familiar, It must be a song we would always sing so that when implementers deviate we can see it clearly and if possible tap their shoulders to remind them.

  The NDC general secretary Mr Asiedu Nketia behaves like a wounded lion,who wants to jump and catch a dry leave that flys accross its face.His vituperations are not geared towards Kofi Adams but rather against those who are vying for the general secretary position in the person of Dr Kwabena Adjei the incumbent, who is also his mentor and a tribes man and when he is out of his position as the chairman of the party will reveal the weakness in mr Asiedu Nketia,s position as the general secretary.Ghanaians must watch these people very carefully as they are drifting Ghana into the old dark days where only one man who seems to tell the majority of this country what to do whether right or wrong.Those who are qualified to vote that day have the final say as to who will be the chairman of the party whether the incumbent Dr Kobina Agyei or one of the three contestants Alhaji Hudu Yahya,Mr Kofi Purtuphy or Mr Dan Abodakpi.All the contestants must be given a level plain field to kick the ball into the back of the net.It will be unfair for mr Asiedu Nketia to stop others from contesting for the position as the chairman of the NDC.
