    This Minister should charge on the Regional Educational Directors to work especially Ashanti. Because my upgrading letter had been there for almost a year now. The only thing they tell me is it's not ready.

    I can say with authority that the deleted names are all NDC foot soldiers. NDC foot soldiers are also on the pay roll of NSS. SHAME ON THE LOOT AND SHARE NDC. FIRE BURN YOU PROFESSIONALLY YOU.
