So I'm justified to preempt that this newly-appointed Kpessah is himself a vampire. I don't need to allow a vampire to suck my blood before I know it's a vampire. If I'm bitter, it's because NDC has plunged the country into an irreparable economic mess, and assuaged the sufferings and plights of the people.
