  I suggest that the government should enforce the law, that before any land is sold in Ghana the owners have to have a certificate from land registration department, this should not cost much in this computer age I believe that if this done properly the buyers will be very happy to paid the extra cost

Ghanaians should be careful of these estate developers because majority of them are out there just to make money and do not care the quality of houses they build. please speak to your neighbours before you buy any house, because they can tell you the true state of the house you intend to buy.

  These squads are weak institutions.
  
  Land Guard Offence Act is needed to combat and outlaw the evil by prosecution of the Guards and their Associates and Accomplices with imprisonment with hard labour.
