The victim is said to have fallen from the 7th floor whilst sleeping? Sleeping where? Where was the location of the bed on which the drunk man slept to fall to his death?

If an acquaintance has seen it fit to point out that the deceased was drunk, we have to think that perhaps not having all his faculties intact may have contributed to the tragic accidental fall.

Perhaps, the man was sleeping on the verandah and maybe the railing was weak or broken. They could have done a better job explaining the circumstances.
