The story has become part of his political DNA and will remain glued to him for years. . No one in NPP circles will ever repose trust in him again.

Anta should have known better; a seasoned politician of his calibre should not have conversations with others with his guards down...with our highly poisoned political atmosphere, people go into conversations with the clear intention of trapping other participants....Anta's dilemma is clearly a signal to other politicians to be discreet, look out for entrapments and must be willing to keep every conversation to the minimum...

I recall a 'big-name' NPP communicator,publicly admitting on air that he was 'invited' to Nana`s Nima residence and handed an envelope with $5k stuffed in it by Nana himself. This 'confession' was elicited only a few weeks ago on NhiraFM`s Kukurantumi Program! And in that case too,it was the the recipient who gladly passed on the information to a bosom buddy in a 'private' conversation!

Max said it all!!! NPP's understanding of democracy. Use money to buy support!!! If you don't win; accuse the winner of using money to buy votes. That notwithstanding, accuse high court judges of being bribed for not ruling in your favor. I think NPP has it all wrong; thinking that you can fake and use underhanded tactics to win elections and rule a country.

Those days are over when Judge Akufo Addo (father of Nana your so call only one qualified to rule Ghana) let the accused bombers go. (Remember Nkrumah's regime?) Yeah, they did all kinds of sabotage to Nkrumah until he was overthrown by the brainwashed Ewe, Ga and Fanti Generals; Kotoka, Ankrah and Afrifa. Here you do not see the Ashantis in action when it comes to valor because they will be busy looking for easy money. They are always saying they are superior and you are stupid for not taking bribes and being corrupt.

For me, you are corrupt if you jump a cue to buy bread. That means you have taken advantage and stole time and opportunity from those who are waiting patiently for their turn in a line. If we all could see the results of the harm we do when we break the rules. We use bribery as a means of getting ahead. Drivers are overloading passenger vehicles. Police by taking bribes, they are not protecting you and I. That overloaded vehicle is overtasked that will eventually cause a serious accident; loss of property and death (this is a direct result of that one extra person the driver puts onboard and the policeman not doing his job and we the public not respecting one another, by being truthful and honest).

Where is our ability to defend our rights? Don’t you think that allowing those little wrong doings is making our countrymen suffer in the end? When you lose family and friends through accident, it is because you didn’t say anything to that driver or the sly policeman. If you did not publicly highlight wrong doing, you have perpetuated the cycle of corruption. If you did not seek a redress of mischief, the blood of those who die in these circumstances are on your hands also.

Let me tell you this, agreeing or disagreeing with this view does not make it less truthful. Call me whatever you want. It will not help to improve you country. Self-examination is what makes America and other great countries what they are. Nepotism and factionalism is the bane of Ghana politics, unless we change ourselves individually, it will be downhill all the way. Just think about it

As a sympathiser, I believe the NPP has a lot to offer and to move this country forward. It is now left onto Anta and other characters like him, Nana himself, Mr Kuffour and all meaningful, beautiful and loving people of NPP to come together in brotherliness for the sake of country & party or risk breaking up the party and remaining in perpetual opposition to the ndc.
