  this money is goin straight to some individuals who think they own the country's pockets , if anyone steal a pesewa from this money ,God will bring leprosy unto that person unless he confesses.

  ghana belongs to politicians. about 99 per cent of our politicians are thieves. this money goes into party account for the next election. no african politician cares. they are unconcerned.
