A preacher went to his church office on Monday morning and discovered a dead Antelope in the church yard. He called the police. Since there did not appear to be any foul play, the police referred the preacher to the health department. They said since there was no health threat that he should call the sanitation department. The sanitation manager said he could not pick up the Antelope without authorization from the mayor. Now the preacher knew the mayor and was not to eager to call him. The mayor had a bad temper and was generally hard to deal with, but the preacher called him anyway. The mayor did not disappoint. He immediately began to rant and rave at the pastor and finally said, "Why did you call me anyway? Isn't it your job to bury the dead?" The preacher paused for a brief prayer and asked the Lord to direct his response. He was led to say, "Yes, Mayor, it is my job to bury the dead, but I always like to notify the next of kin first.

Indiscipline tends to be used as a noun, in which case the third sentence - "Kind of attitude as indiscipline", the word indiscipline is correctly used as a noun, whereas "indiscipline behavior" is not exactly used correctly because it was used as an adjective to describe behavior.

However, in describing the behavior of the Black Stars as undisciplined, the Okyehene had it correct.

Like words such as insanitary and unsanitary, it really depends on how one chooses to use them in the sentence.

" described the insanitary conditions today ..."
is here used as an adjective modifying conditions.

Having said all this, I would admonish Osagyefo Amoatia OforiPanin to leave the Black Stars alone, and focus on building a more sanitary traditional area, by melting some of his gold ornaments to invest in constructing public toilets, clinics, and providing potable water for his people.

Akyem Abuakwa is rich in all kinds of natural resources, and the denizens of this rich domain must benefit from its abundance resources.

How effective and gratifying was Zoomlion before this insane and thieving bunch of clueless politicians took over control courtesy of Afari-Djan's lapses and connivance. Ghana is supposed to be leading not trailing in Africa but what else can we expect with this sort of leadership? Educating the masses and promoting personal hygiene at all levels and places and strenthening existing or creating monitory institutions will do a better job that will lead to permanent mindset to respect our environment. Mediocre ideas for short term solutions will not solve the sanitation problem. Prez. Mahama, please look beyond Africa, behave yourself and discipline your crooked subs to attract assistance to shore up the dented economy.

Osagyefo Amoatia OforiPanin should first ask himself what has gone so wrong that Ghanaians and including Akyem Abuakwas have lost every trust of the leadership including even the president to the extent that the president word is not followed by the players of the national team. As a leader you have to respect your subjects for them to respect you. The players of the National team are not boys but rather grown ups fathers and husbands earning their living despite playing for the nation and must be seen in that light. What type of Leadership that has to shamed by United Nation`s ranking to know how poor the sanitation of the country is. I am myself an Abuakwa, grew up in Akyem Abuakwa in the Atiwa District and as children we were responsible for cleaning the public toilet every sunday morning before going to church. There was communual labour where the women clean the town while the men weed around the town. The Town or Village Development Committee together with the traditional leaders of the town or village was responsible for development projects and the sanitation including funerals. I was in primary in school in 1972 when there was cholera outbreak but its contained by the illiterate leadership of the area by then without much damage despite no pipe borne water and electricity.
