Yeah Mr. Kufour was not even in the country during his first independence day celebration as president (March 2001). He was probably out of the country more than any president I ever heard of..

I think some(if not most) of these travels should be the job of a Foreign minister or Secretary of state. Our leaders are always flying from country to country in the name looking for business or aid.

A lot of people complained about that, meaning it was not good for the president to find any and every reason to jump out of the country when he has ministers and ambassadors.
Just this month alone after UN general assembly meeting Mahama went to Dubai then to Denmark and now UK. Can't he delegate some of his presidential powers to the minister of health or the Ghana ambassador to the UK to give this lectures. What is it about Ebola that the rest of the world including the UK don't already know, so he has to at all cost go.

Mr. President, please don't forget our history; when Ghana became independent, Ghana’s progress inspires other countries, many African states and largely brought new hope to the entire Africa Continent, but never inspires its colonial master and their live avoiding allies.
I know you can do it. Please tell the UK House of Commons "HANDS OFF AFRICA CONTINENT"
Remember the whites are giving too much tourism facts about EBOLA that has indeed dehumanized BLACK RACE.
