  God ,is this Obeng guy normal ? He planned to end the poor boy's life and has even done the worst thing one can hardly endure in life. The poor student is more or less a dead person. The financial burden put on the pensioner father is serious,a country like Ghana where liners,chucks,catheters and diapers are needed for a bed ridden patient. The police should be firm in prosecuting this monster. Obeng should be isolated from human beings,he belongs to the jungle.
