First of all why should we be bombarded with unnecessary information about who he is going to vote for? Anybody can vote for anybody that they want to vote for, and at the end of the day, everybody has got the same one vote as anybody else so whats the big fuss about Kwaku Baakos one vote?

Kwaku Baaku goes on to talk about principles but it seems to me that he does not exactly understand what the word 'principles' means. I say so because I do not understand how he, if indeed he is a member of the CPP which is an avowed socialist inclined party, can vote for a de facto pro-imperialist political party and their Presidential aspirant who is on record for being one of the most vicious antagonists and critics of the Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah.

Again, having made the 360 degree opportunistic transformation from a committed extreme left-wing nationalist to a salivating right-wing defender of capitalist icons, greed, interests and continued foreign control of our resources, Kwaku Baako cannot be considered as a reliable nor principled person on who to base respectable political judgement. In fact he is fast losing any credibility that he had impressively gained in the past.

Kwaku Baako is not the average Joe Plebeian on the street who can wily-nilly switch voting patterns and support unnoticed. He commands a considerable audience whose opinions may, or may not be swayed by his opinions and he is probably, by his shameful outburst, trying to impress on people to vote for Nana Addo. I might also add that the only reason he has now broken his oath of secrecy and a virtual embargo against presidential candidates, to vote for NPP presidential candidate, Nana Akuffo-Addo is that, he Kwaku Baako is Nana Addos personal friend.

Even though I also think that Akuffo-Addo is unassailable and prominently stands out as the most compelling option for the next elections, I also have not voted for any presidential candidate before and I will not vote for Akuffo-Addo or any of the pretenders to that high office of president of Ghana.

Granted, there are some voters who rely on opinion leaders' voting inclinations and endorsements to vote. Unfortunately i do not think Baaako is at that level to be able to sway any significant portion of the Ghanaian voters with his endorsement, for he has show them that when it comes to politics he is not principled enough to warrant that reverence.

But for Dr. Nkrumah's socialism,Ghana would have developed by now.Dr. Danquah and his team had the right ideas at the time of independence.But Dr. Nkrumah's opportunistic tendency denied us a priceless chance to go the way of the capitalists.
We can resolve to elect the NPP, and go back to our root.Otherwise,our natural resources will be pilfered to enrich individuals through the public sector.
For example,if we had sold Korle-Bu to those embroiled in the latest misappropriation of funds,they could not have spent the money frivolously.Because nobody spends their hard earned savings in a frivolous fashion.It is only money stolen from Santa Claus which is expended carelessly.
