  The Community Led Total Sanitation concept is the best option for eliminating open defaecation in the country.
  Unfortunately, some DCEs are going round promising the communities that they would give them free toilets.
  This has impacted negatively on the achievement of Open Defaecation Free(basic) communities.
  Those DCEs are liabilities to Ghana.
