  We commend our second lady for the sterling work she is doing, together with our first lady, in promoting thew welfare of the disadvantaged in our society.
  
  Keeping our environment clean is of prime importance in fighting diseases like cholera and malaria. Government must take the lead in educating the public to keep our environment clean.
