  Looking at the pictures, its poor drainange during the road construction. Is he the only driver who passed there? He definitely did something wrong. He is such a bad driver you could think of

  It would appear that those in control of the NDC, for the time being, were bent on excluding other bona fide members of the Party who may wish to lay democratic claims to who becomes the next flag bearer of the Party by excluding them even before the mortal remains of the demised President were interred. It is also symptomatic of how political party elites in Ghana and Africa worm their way into the confidences of persons perceived as likely to ascend to power positions for purposes of eventual personal economic gain at the expense of the generality of the mass of Party members and the Nation which every President swears to serve under the Constitution

  A reckless driver gets an accident n a contractor is blamed for shoddy work. The driver saw the water n decided to speed through. Blame the driver, not the contractor.

  I,m surprised. the pool of rain water shd,nt be there in the first place. The water shd enter the drains. The contractor shd correct this.

  The driver was reckless but the road authorities must fix the problem on the road without any further delay.---in fact all the drainage problems at the Madina roundabout -, Mallam and Apenkwa roundabouts must be fixed

  The idiotic driver thought he was driving on the Texas supper Highway. Speeding around town is not a sensible thing to do. The driver is just another fool up and about in town putting the lives of innocent citizens at risk.

  It is really dangerous and can divert a car moving at even moderate speeds path.
