  Oh Ghana, how can a person be charged with MURDER for what appears to be a clear case of an unfortunate ACCIDENT unless your report is inaccurate.

  This is purely an ACCIDENTAL death. Shouldn't have been be jailed but asked to remain at home to assist in investigations. Or could he be a flight risk!
