Why switch regional ministers 3 time in a span of 18 months?? why is it that fools like you only want to make excuses for mediocrity, a leader should be firm and decisive.

Do you know the administrative cost of reshuffling regional ministers?? As a staunch NDC member, I am truly disappointed in the president we all worked so hard to elect, and enough of the excuses. There's no need or excuse for this particular situation
to prevail.

This regional ministers reshuffling/missing in action etc is indicative of the ridiculous and shoddy leadership of John Mahama. If Tiigah Tia was not ready to assume office as regional minister, was it imperative to remove Dr. Avea??

Regarding approvals and signatory matters, the deputy minister takes charge in the absence of the minister. so what is the problem here? Regional minister, MCEs, DCEs, Mayors of cities should be voted into power not only to avoid unnnecessary reshuffles but also to guard against government manipulations. For example, if the KMA boss in kumasi is an NPP guy and the government seeks to pursue any diabolic agenda, the mayor would resist that move knowing the President does not have the power to change him/her. But to what extent can a governmet appointed leader resist the agenda of the President? And in Africa we dont have noble men who would resign in the face of gross manipulations because of selfish interest.

Like uneducated guys we have seems to forget that the appointed minister was at post in the UN headquarters prior to his appointment hence needed to do a proper handing over. Dont forget that his appointment was at a time when the president was prepapring for the UN Assembly which is coordinated by the appointed minister's office in New York hence it also ment that he had to be present. The miniter has returned to post since the end of the UN assemble after completing a report on the just ended Assembly. one that countries take months to complete. its unfortunate that we always jump into conclution without investigating facts. If we all read this carefully, you will find that the writers are an opposition group from the region who have disapproved the minister's appointment since day 1. lets think.
