After Mills found Betty Moulds guilty of judgement debt payments the only thing he could do was to move her to the Education dept to continue her looting. Readers would recall that Betty Mounds was the one who awarded SCHOOL building contracts at a triple price of the existing contract sum of some GH 80,000.00. And this happened at a time when they claim inflation was in the single digits. Could you imargin how foolish these criminal liars were. Kuffour built similar structures with 80,000 at a time when inflation was around 14.8% and under Mills it was 240,000 at a rate of 8.8%. And these buffoons turn around to blame the fall of the cedi on some mysterious dwarfs. I don't blame those African countries that have been ripped apart by civil unrest because if you have such buffoons in power who always turn our local elections into a West Africa one
by contracting Togolese Trokosis, Burkinabe and Wangaras from La Cote D'ivoire to vote for them, the " Road To Kigare", is sometimes, a likely option to kick their ass from power.

This fast track Wayome court has been going for several months now. All that is reported each day is a repetition of what had been reported previously. We keep reading about this cross-examination concerning the involvement of Waterville, Quansah, Shanghai, etc, etc. So where is this case going? And for how much longer?

Guy, the High Court had ruled on the constitutionality of the contract, particularly as the contract was not pass through the Ghana parliament for approval, but which did not happen. Know that the government by then was supposed to have presented it to parliament not the contractor(s) including Woyome if he was party to it.
That does not mean that any job done by the contractor(s) shouldn't be paid for.. There is no free labour you know! If genuine documents of claim were presented by Woyome, then he has nothing to refund to the state. However, if the current court rules that his presentations to the earlier courts that awarded him the amount was fraudulent, he definitely must refund the money, pay any interest accrued and even go to JAIL for fraud, false pretenses, etc., etc..

in future when such a case come to the attension of the SC i think that chief justice must ask all documents on the case at the other Courts to be forwarded to suprem court so that when there is a ruling it become final Determination of the case,
failure of the SC to do the above had created a legal vacum for justice because highcourt or Appeal court cannot sit again or over ruled on a case that had been finaly determined by suprem cout -
the vacum SC created is wasting ourtime

The legacy of Saddam Hussein in his quest for justice when dealing with thieves and liars will forever hang over the Ghanaian Legal System. A known and found guilty thief hanging loose on our streets for these many years with no punishment tells it all. In Ghana, it pays to be a thief albeit, a darn good one. A common chicken thief goes to the gallows while a whale thief is treated to a presidential dinner with all the trimmings. And they call it, A Better Ghana Agenda. What a mockery of justice.
