It is amazing that as chubby as this pastor is, he has the nerve to ask the women to lose weight. I totally agree with keeping trim, healthy etc. but this goes for both men and women. Duncan Williams needs to practice what he preaches and lose weight first and abide by his marriage vows to his wife. No wonder he is on wife No 2 and counting.

He is bringing to light the genesis of marriage failures in our present dispensation and showing mankind why the Holy Book tells Man to "LOVE" by wife and woman to "submit" to the husband. These are real deeds that are killing marriages and thereby breaking the fabric of harmony and life. If we run our marriages like we do with our businesses as entreprenueurs, there wouldn't be the need for any other person because no one set out to run a business with the intention to run at a loss.

Ghana is changing fast. The Ewes are increasing in size and education, the northerners are also multiplying.

If we do not change and tell these Akyem mafias to get off our backs and learn to settle within the hegemony of a greater good for Ghana, there will come a time when we will be out- numbered and I fear our children will suffer for our past misdeeds.

Our past can be forgiven but we have to change first.

Stop trusting these Akyems. They aligned with the Akwamus, Fantis, Gas and even till now Colonialists just to get their interest.

Imagine, they turned you against your own Son, Alan Kyerematen even when signs were that he could have been the bridge between Ewes and Ashantis at long last.

God created one woman for Adam because it was Adam's responsibility to take care of her and himself. Besides, no man marries two women in one day. You marry one and add another when you are prepared to provide equal care for both wives. That's the logic, and God is most logical. It is just like saying Adam and Eve did not go school, so nobody should go to school because God did not build a school for them. Or because they did not eat fried rice it's a sin for man to eat some. That's not the case! God declares what is sin through His commandments. As far as I can remember " Thy shall marry only one wife" is not in the ten commandments. However, there is ample evidence in the bible where even prophets of God, who were custodians of God's message practiced polygamy. Not a single day in history has God ever rebuked any man for marrying more than one wife in any scripture. Monogamy is good, but how about a monogamous man having numerous girlfriends which is common even in religions that oppose polygamy?

The one child limit in china is the major catalyst for the demographic imbalance. Traditionally, it is the family of women that pays the bride price. One flesh here is a spiritual bond.It is literal; It should not be understood as it is. I guess you should rather read the whole bible because it is you that want to turn water into fire, and white into black.

"But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery." Mathew 5:32 K.J version

The adultery here does apply to the woman.

Mathew 19:9 does not apply to a man who is happily married to more than one wife. It clearly refers to a man who sees a beautiful woman and scheme to divorce his first wife, which is indeed a sin. Go and read about polygamy in christian history. It had been permitted in the church before and after Christ. It is only yesterday Christians who wants to criminalize polygamy without any tangible proof from bible.

Go rather and read Exodus 21:10, 2Samuel 5:13; 1chronicles 3:1-9, 14:3,and
Deuteronomy 21:15 to mention but few.

At least I have not seen a single quotation in bible where God Himself command us to have one wife. It is a choice! I have no problem with monogamy or polygamy they are all within the commandments.

Every single wrong committed against women comes back to hunt men. Every where in the world including Ghana the sex ratio at birth is always more males than females. Shortage of males from age 65 onwards is self-inflicted by the lifestyles of men which includes polygamy. Be there and be deceiving yourself that it is 1:7 by taking some scripture out of context.

She may be weaker than you are, but she is your equal partner in God's gift of new life. Treat her as you should so your prayers will not be hindered.
marriage is a partnership and each partner should go into marriage with the understanding to give respect to one another knowing that you both need each other . I have been married for 60 years, I have showed my wife all the respect and honoured her, she has respected me in return, when my daughters married, I did not think or believe their husbands were doing them any favours. I believed they compliment each other .I have taught my three sons to respect their wives. Real men look after their wives, sisters, mothers , Jesus respected women highly, read the bible. men let us not cut our blessings because the bible says The man who finds a wife finds a treasure, and he receives favor from the LORD proverbs 18 v22, also in Genesis 2:18The LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him." the honest truth is that women are to compliment and help us, men we need help. marriage is not about favours to women. hear the word of God. if you think you are doing your wife a favour you will move from one wife to another, in your old age you may end up being on your own treat each other well, leadership is about humility and service , this is my humble advice. next month is my 61st marriage anniversary to my one and only wife.

They have come to realize that we have so many christians yet the societal activities do not reflect this. All we hear is "you will not be the same again", then same women go home and descend on their mother-in-laws. It is about time they preach to all issues and critisize if need be. Zeroing on women past Sunday does not mean that he might not have a message for men in the coming days. Men should equally be grateful for being married to good women.

When people are unemployed, and cannot afford the basic neccesities of life, the last thing they think of is committing themselves to marriage. As for adultery and cheating on partners, he is no exception. Indeed he is an expert, having taken his ex wife for a ride and no wonder his current wife was waiting in the wings. Marriage a gift of grace and mercy? What utter rubbish. He has run out of ideas and sermons with deep spiritual insight so he titillates his captive audience with such crap.

So she says the words that every boyfriend on the planet dreads to hear...
'You're just not in touch with my emotional needs as a woman enough for me to satisfy your physical needs as a man.'
She responded to my puzzled look by saying, 'Can't you just love me for who I am and not what I do for you in the bedroom?'
Realizing that nothing was going to happen that night, I went to sleep.
The very next day I opted to take the day off of work to spend time with her. We went out to a nice lunch and then went shopping at a big, big unnamed department store. I walked around with her while she tried on several different very expensive outfits. She couldn't decide which one to take, so I told her we'd just buy them all. She wanted new shoes to compliment her new clothes, so I said, 'Lets get a pair for each outfit.'
We went on to the jewelry department where she picked out a pair of diamond earrings. Let me tell you... she was so excited. She must have thought I was one wave short of a shipwreck. I started to think she was testing me because she asked for a tennis bracelet when she doesn't even know how to play tennis.
I think I threw her for a loop when I said, 'That's fine, honey.' She was almost nearing sexual satisfaction from all of the excitement. Smiling with excited anticipation, she finally said, 'I think this is all dear, let's go to the cashier.'
I could hardly contain myself when I blurted out, 'No honey, I don't feel like it.'
Her face just went completely blank as her jaw dropped with a baffled, 'WHAT?'
I then said, 'Honey! I just want you to HOLD this stuff for a while. You're just not in touch with my financial needs as a man enough for me to satisfy your shopping needs as a woman.'
And just when she had this look like she was going to kill me, I added, 'Why can't you just love me for who I am and not for the things I buy you?'

Nowadays businesses and government organisations have stopped demanding Secondary School Certificate or Basic Education Certificate.

Each of these certificates are important. For example for many tertiary graduates the only certificate that can tell whether one can speak good English or whether one has adequate knowledge of Mathematics is the Secondary School Certificate.

Similarly the only certificate that can tell whether a tertiary graduate has basic knowledge of Ghanaian history, culture, agriculture and the basic geography of West Africa is the Basic Education Certificate.

Thus, it would be erroneous to base all arguments on this part of the video alone. Perhaps, in the beginning, he may have mentioned that it was a message addressed to women/ladies or he may have even advised the men not to be swollen headed but to endeavor to accord respect to their wives as well, irrespective of the situation. if neither was the case and however good/acrimonious the message may sound, it does not permit the favored hearer to condemn the unfavored ones; neither should it incite hate on the side of the unfavoured. the hearers' is to pray for whoever may be involved.

If you want to Know, Just try and visit some churches, i will not mentined any name for now, in irvington Nj, and you shall see a pastor acting like he is in Syria fighting the HOLY WAR. I would not mentione the Name, he claim to be a Methodist Pastor: He claim to have build a church, this guy upon my sudden visit to the Church, took hold of the PEW, and was delivering missles and he curse too. This guy I found lashing his leaders mercilessly oh my God! and he called his church a Methodist Church. No this is a one man Church, for there is no one to stop him. After the Church I call ed on a leaders who took as a visiter to his church and asked is you church a real Methodist, He said oh1 it is a Methodist, but the Pastor now calls it cristmatic Methodist. I said to my self please dont invite me to your church again , never again.
