Nor would they even consider the fact that in diplomacy, we have "protocols" to follow. you cannot send a Foreign Minister to meet a President of another country. There is a hierachy that needs to be followed. Both NPP and NDC are doing politics of "if not my party, then no other". Which is why NPP are also criticising NDC now. It is tit for tat.

It's good for the President to travel outside the country but too much of everything is bad.

There are some instances that does not need the presence of the President because of the high costs involved. Our Foreign Minister, Ambassadors or sector Ministers could easily make some trips instead of the President. These same people could sign some agreements on our behalf provided those agreements were approved by our government.

We should always try as much as possible to reduce our expenditure if we want to develop as a country.

By the way, no one can surpass Kuffour's world record, not even the Pope. His numerous travels made him look like he lived outside and occasionally paid a visit to Ghana.

There is no need for Muntaka to apologize because that's the truth. Kuffour was wrong and Mahama is also getting out of hand.
