  eVEN WALMART OR kfc IN USA ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE TOILETS WITH PLACE TO WASH HANDS..OTHERWISE IF YOUR PORTABLE YOU HAVE TO HAVE POLY TANK WITH WATER TO WASH HANDS AT COOKING TENT

  Things the bishop can do to help stop this filthy behaviour:
  1. link up with relevant local authorities to raise funds for the construction of (free-to-use) public toilets;
  2. after construction of public toilets, encourage local law-enforcement authorities to prosecute offenders and punish them severely (with heavy fines and/or imprisonment) if they are found guilty.
  The authorities in Ghana are plain STUPID: they refuse to take the obvious actions that would deter public misbehaviour.

The boy pleased with the answer, goes to play in the ocean but returns to tell his mother that many of the men have larger "penis" than his dad. His mother replied, "The bigger they are the dumber the person is." Again satisfied with this answer, the boy returns to the ocean to play. Shortly after, the boy returned again.   It is equally the responsibilty of Churches and other leaders to lead the way in educating in churches because those people who defeacate attend your services on Sunday in disguise under the cover of makeup etc. Check them out and preach about their dark side in broad day church grounds thus kicking the habit in the face.

They are the filty lot likewise the Ga along the coast of Teshi as well. Build public toilets along the beach so that these people will use the facitlties meant for that. without these facitlties who guys are wasting time in talk talk no action as we know you anyway.
