The rot in NSS did not start now and couldn't have started only two years ago. It is deep rooted in the secretariat and Mr. Vincent Kuagbenu had been head of the gang and part of the looting brigade.

Against this background this paper now imagines what NDC could be doing wrong and explodes it as the truth. In fact, they use what they know about NPP's looting tactics, and imagining that NDC could be doing the same, publish it as what is being done.
