  This is the system in place nation-wide, and same in all sectors of government - Ghana is still pre-historic nation, because naturally majority of Ghanaians have static mind, non-thinking. we only do as it have been done always, and it is very pathetic when Ghanaian lawyers and judges call themselves "learned collegues'. Who do you expect outside of the Judiciary system to effect necessary innovations? All your travelings and so-called learning only amounts to vainglory at the funerals - your are just funeral-revellers, good for miscarrige of justice bribe-takers.

  I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT THE JUDGE WAS SAYING. A FOOTBALL COACH WAS BEING PAID 38,000 DOLLARS A MONTH YET WE HAVE NO MONEY TO BUY COMPUTERS FOR GHANA CIURTS IN 2014. IT IS PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST.

  Why was it transferred to that court knowing that, the Cocoa affairs court was handicapped?
  What was the rationale behind the transfer?
  Who asked for it to be transferred there?
  With corruption, looting and thievery having assumed the main thrust of governance, Ghana is going nowhere, until the Mahama NDC gov't is massively, massively voted out at the ballot box in 2016.
