    mps make your constituencies more inviting and appeal ling. sooner or later these devices will be infected with" absence virus" by mps who absent themselves gargantuanlly.

    Good news. Computer literacy is a must for this century. Our legislators must use the new tools to be efficient and effective. That should help them to to better understand and support ICT programs in their constituencies .
