  This is as usual. The bail is too low, and these persons would be helped to flee the country. The case would be called several times with the suspects not showing and that will be the end of it. Some one or some people have been paid off to help the suspects flee. This is the institutionalised corruption that we talk about. If you want to stamp out corruption then these foreign criminals should be jailed.Let me tell you how a Ghanian could suffer for the inept of the Ghanian Authorities.God forbid you change your hard earned cedis for these fake dollars and travel abroad with it. It is detected that you the innocent Ghanian has counterfeit currency and gets arrested and prosecuted and jailed; who dun it?. The greedy corrupt officials who failed to prosecute these criminals, did that to you. Their action or inaction encourages these criminals, because they know they can always bribe thier way through. In the mean time an innocent Ghanian is languishing in jail abroad.Now analyse this stupidity
