  Countries train their doctors differently and award different degrees. It is time we started conferring Doctor of Medicine degrees to MBChB students who have performed the necessary research projects as some countries do.

  The current practice where newly inducted doctors called house officers with no experience whatsoever are left to experiment with (attend to) serious medical cases while residents, specialists and consultants are away must be put to a stop immediately. There must be at least one specialist present 24 hours in three shift rotations to supervise them. Our health system as it is presently is not the best. The situation in the countryside and rural communities is even worse.

  Of cause, they would stigmatized and look down upon us because we behave like children. what have we done to help since the out break of the disease, we cannot do anything, but waiting for the white man to come. our doctors, scientist and researchers could have done some research to prevent further outbreak, rather they are waiting for the white man to come out with solution.

  So the leaders called a meeting just to talk about stigmatization. And you wonder why the west think African leaders are ignorant. Instead of having a meeting to find ways to eeradicate the disease and also contribute medical personnel like the west is doing, you call a stupid meeting to talk bout nothing. Eradicate the problem and there won't be any stigmatization. We have idiots for leaders!!

  You see, this how the West manipulate and exploit Africa. After manufacturing and planting ebola in Africa, they then turn to make drugs and vaccines for the disease and sell it at cut throat prices to us. They give the African government loans with high interest and tell them to use it to subsidize the cost of the ebola drugs and vaccines they maufacture. This how they prevent Africa's development. Their method is if the disease does not wipe Africa out physically, it will wipe Africa out financially and developmentally. Please African leaders, stop the curruption, rise and come together to fight this new form of colonialism.

  Our African leaders/politicians are responsible for the great harm the West has been doing to Africa and Africans for hundreds of years now, beginning with the enslavement of Africans and the Trans-Atlantic slave trade in general. How come that until now our leaders seem to have accepted in toto the Westerners' claim that Ebola originated in Africa? According to Americans, the ebola virus was discovered in bats in the forest of a town called Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 1976, thus the name Ebola virus. This was during the time of Mobotu Sese Seko's regime. It must be underscored that this virus has never been known before in human history and this was why they didn't even have a name for it, but to give it the name of the town in whose forest the Americans claimed to have discovered it!
  
  How was it that it was Americans who went to the bush in the Coongo to discover the virus? What did they go there to do in the first place? Isn't it seriously questionable that for thousands of years Africans have been eating bats but have never contracted any disease like ebola and then all of a sudden the Americans went to the forest in the Congo to discover this strange and deadly virus, which has never been known in human history?
  
  One must not forget the fact that the HIV/AIDS virus was similarly treated. The Americans were also the first to propagate the lie that this virus also originated in Africa, that it was detected in monkeys in Central Africa and was transmitted to humans who ate the carcases. Even though a major international HIV/AIDS conference held in Brussels, Belgium, in 1986 categorically denied that this virus originated in Africa, the West, especially America, has continued upt to date to disseminate the lie that HIV/AIDS originated in Africa--even when the first cases of the disease were detected in American homosexuals in America in the early 1980s. It must be noted that Russians have held and proclaimed publicly that the Americans created the HIV/AIDS virus as part of their biological weapons development programme.
  
  One must not also forget the fact that when France wanted to test its nuclear bomb, it was the Sahara dessert it chose, notwithstanding the fact that Africans vehemently protested, but to no avail, France's didabolical decision, because it posed a major threat to the safey of Africa and the Africans.
  
  It's also interesting to note that in 1986 some Israelis and Americans went to the Cameroon and did some experiment in a lake. Surrounding the lake was a village of hundreds of people. The result of the expriment was that the entire village population, including every living thing, viz., all the animals, were completely wiped out a day after the experiment.
  
  The Cameroonian people themselves suspected that their government had taken a bribe from the Israelis to allow the latter to carry out the experiment on their own people, that led to the wiping out of the entire population of the village.
  
  This being the case, how is it that our African leaders/politicians simply give the Westerners visas to go into African forests to conduct such researches? Why is it that African leaders don't raise any questions but keep quiet when Westerns make their wild, unreasonable claims about the origin in Africa of such viruses as ebola and HIV/AIDS? Is that quietness of African leaders not an acknowledgement of the Westerners' claim? And is that quietness not suspicious of African leaders' collaboration with the West, in the sense that they know exactly what's going on, given that their own corruption is well-known?
  
  Isn't it silly that African leaders chose to merely complain about stigmatization when there're more serious questions that they should also address and attempt to find solutions to? I'm afraid Africa and Africns seem doomed for a very, very long time, if not forever!
