Ursula graduated from the Law Faculty with LLb in 1988,and went to the Law School in Accra. So she is an attorney, fine.

Otiko Djaba...lol you do not want to read this..lol went to the University of Dev't Studies in Tamale and was busted for smuggling written material into an examination hall/room. Is that something you are proud of?

Yes this other lady has gone to study for a Masters degree in Law, in a field that would be beneficial to the country and you want to tear her apart? What is wrong with getting an extra degree to better one's CV?
