If they want the "western" title then they should be prepared to achieve it the same manner the real Drs achieve their titles. Probably they can use titles like ChHeb - Chief herbalist, OdKes - Odunsini Kesse, ChTh - Chief Traditional Healer or ChCon - Chief Concortionist, etc.
