    The president and Vice should never again travel outside the country at the same time except it is an emergency. That is, in fact, what the constitution allowed for, but not a deliberate absence from duty!

    Think mr Baah has successfully educated us alot.the constitution must be amended to clearly define when the president and vp are unable to perform their functions.thinks that is what is missing
