Kuffour didn't build highways, but also concentrated very, very much on the feeder/rural roads. That's why there was food in surplus. The NDC said in their 2011 campaign that Rawlings ruled 2X as elected Prez., Kuffour also ruled 2X so they should be allowed to the same.
In fact voting and elections is all about performance or merit; it's not about cheating in an election to foist a party or one's will on the people. That's what we're seeing right now. The only solution to seeing any meaningful progress in Ghana's economy is to vote out the NDC. They're nation wreckers!
