The "oil curse" has already set in, and the unbridle corruption and day light robberies are committed under the watch and collaboration of the P/NDC government.

The president said more than once that he had tried to introduce electronic payment system and acquisition into the public sector to reduce human contact with cash in his effort to fighting corruption, but lamented that the systems were often resisted.

The question Ghanaians ask is that is the president really serious and interested in fighting corruption as he claims, or it's just another crocodile tears to deceive Ghanaians into believing that he is making an attempt, while the government and its cronies amass billions of dollars at the expense of this struggling nation? Why would Ghanaians hire a president that cannot introduce an electronic system into the public sector to save the nation from criminals masquerading as civil servants in the system? Mr. Mahama must be seen to be fighting corruption with all his might rather than go on lamenting helplessly like the rest of us.

1. Ex-con Sipa Yankey gives all the land properties of interest to Frank Buah; who then proceeds to purchase from the Chiefs the lands at ridiculously low prices.

2. The purchases are made legally water-tight, thereby making it impossible for the chiefs to repossess the land under any circumstances whatsoever.

3. Ghana Gas now acquires the properties from Frank Buah, paying a percentage upfront. Frank Buah uses the upfront payment to pay the chiefs...and thereafter the dubious actors enjoy the booty. - CREATE, LOOT, AND SHARE !!!

4. Now comes the the part where they spend the money:
- Landed properties
A portion of the loot is used to refresh the scheme.
- Cars
The CORRUPT Buahs and EX-CON Sipa Yankey sport an unGodly penchant for gas-guzzling V8 engines.
- and Women (TONGA)
The Buahs periodically organise orgies at Frank Buah's Ayinase complex. Girls are organised primarily from La Cote Du'Voire and University of Ghana, Legon. The UGMS recruits are sourced by one lady popularly known as "Afrakuma" who acts as a pimp for Frank Buah. Flights from Accra to Takoradi are organized for the recruits and transported by a V8 to the Buah complex.

The Buahs and their guests have fun with the girls the entire weekend (Friday to Sunday) ..food, expensive booze, and sex is well in abundance; thereafter the girls are paid for the service...with the tax payers money !!!

For sometime now there have been several agitations in the country concerning the economic and financial profile of the country.Several Civil Society Organisations have been at the forefront of these agitations. The time has come now to show once more their concerns by organising demonstrations to prevail upon Parliament which represents all GhanaiansNOT sign the Petroleum Bill in its present form without the necessary amendmments that will guaranttee maximum benefits for the country.After all other oilproducing African countries have the Petroleum Sharing Agreement and why cant we also. I believe that only two days of demonstration in front of Parliamant House will be enough for CABINET to withdraw the Bill for the necessary amendment.All placards should read'PSA' or 'NO MORE PETROLEUM EXPLORATION and PRODUCTION AGREEMENT'. The problem is that the current Government lacks the courage to undo the bogus agreement signed by the past administration for selfish reasons. Also perhaps the current adminstration wants the status quo to remain for theeir benefits after they have left government. The bottom line is that our politicians dont care about the future of this country.WE Ghanaians are therefore expecting ACEP, GOGTC CSOs, IEA, CEPA,OXFAM< IMANI, PETROLEUM COMMKISSION, MIN OF ENERGY and ENERGY COMMISSION.PARLIAMENTARY SELECT COMMITTEE ON ENERGY AND PETROLEUM, ISODEC,FRIEDRICH Ebert COMMISSION to collaborate and rescue our dear country from the shackles of these oil companies. The differences of the amounts accrued to Ghana and what should have accrued are overwhelming. Please let our leaders seriously think of what is only best for Ghana.
What prevents our leaders to review the agreements. If NPP MPs want to prove to Ghanaians that they are not corrupt, this is the challenge for them to lead the crusade for the review of all oil agreements that are not the best for Ghana. Please if the PSA is the best, please our MPs - you should go for that.
