We are under economic shackles all because of NDC incompetent and corrupt government. We had eight years of NPP government and times were certainly better for us than we have found ourselves in under the six years of GYEEDA,SUBAH,SADA,NSS and least of all Woyome stealling from us a whopping fifty one million.
The NDC and its head corruptible Mahama must give way to the NPP.
At least if I am poor but the sacrifice is giving all children in Ghana some free education then my sacrifice is worth it.
We have nothing to call home and tell mama about in the sad state of Ghana economy. Give us a break Mr.Mahama and your incompetent NDC.

The government must show commitment in alleviating the suffering of the ordinary masses by bringing down the price of petroleum products.If the price of this elastic commodity comes down, goods and services will go down, then investment will increase,thus creating jobs for a resultant socio-economic growth.If the government doesn't apply this simple wisdom in microeconomics, there will be a massive civil disobedience to overthrow this myopic and stubborn government.This is very urgent!!

The Bank of Ghana (BOG) has no Eastern Regional headoffice. The BOG must ask for land from the King of Akyem (Okyehene) to construct this building. I don´t believe that the BOG has accurate data on the economic activity in the at least 12 Akyem districts which make up more than half the population on the region. The GDP and GNI of these Akyem districts are very high. They stem from:

Gold mining
Diamond mining
Cocoa
Oil Palm (the largest in West Africa)
Timber
Software development
etc

The money supply and capital in the at least 12 Akyem districts are wholly inadequate. BOG must remove impediments to the setting up of rural banks in these districts and encourage ADB and GCB to open branches in these districts.

The government must further ensure that wholly owned Ghanaian banks, including rural banks, get at least 80% of the banking revenue.

i dont understand- why parliament as a house dont want to call those sector Minister involve to question them and call for their removal because they are abusing and disgracing the very law they used to increase the Petroleum products , but are refusing to use the same law to decrease it - this is abuse of Office and Ghana as a Country had laws to deal with that .this is totaly unacceptable in our Democracy.

The government should not take the lieniency of ghanaians as weak souls to manipulte them because when you provoke the mass you call for the end of democratic rules.

Incessant pressure must be waged against the government to reduce prices of petroleum products.Perhaps regular public demonstrations will be appropriate.We are being punished too much by the government.Ghana does not belong to NDC.The minority should take up this issue seriously and start the due processes for the commencement of series of peaceful public demonstrations.The government should be forced to reduce fuel prices to save Ghanaians from further hardships.
