  No central bank can control inflation because inflation in a nation can only be controlled by production within the nation. If we produce more things that are on demand, that inherently kills inflation. If we import everything and don't produce anything no amount of acrobatics can sustain us to keep inflation stable.
  
  You bankers should rather figure a way to lend money to productive citizens to yield wealth instead of your zero risk policy and acrobatics to control inflation which you have not been able to do in decades

  It is not guaranteed that maintaining policy rate, inflation would be kept under check. What government rather requires is fiscal discipline and minimise spending drastically to avoid the fear of inflation driven by Demand.
