  I agree with Justice Emile Short that the language used by GBA was inappropriate but at the same time, it is true that Afari Gyan's credibility was dented and the image of the Electoral Commission tarnished by what was revealed at the SC Presidential Petition hearing. If Afari Gyan could not define over-voting then why is he the Electoral Commissioner?
  
  The GBA erred to have suggested the appointment of a new EC in advance when the existing one retires in 2015. That is against the constitution and it's sad that those who should be defending the constitution sought to undermine it. I hope they have learnt a lesson from this misguided and uncalled action.

  These thieves and crooks do not care whether the average Ghanaian is under pressure or not. Fact is that they do not buy fuel so they have no clue as to whether we are suffering or not. There is every reason to reduce the ex pump price. 1. Because petroleum prices are getting down on the international market. And the auto- matic adjustment formula says that when international prices go up we should pay more and so logically when those prices go down we should pay less. Simple logic but Asaga does not get it. That fool.

Per the Automatic price adjustment formula, which adjust price of the commodity pwards or downwards, based on international market price of crude if it is relevant and working, then per the price of crude on the international market, fuel prices in the country should be reduced NOW!!!. Ghanaians cannot be paying for the incompetence and thievery of the NDC gov't in the form of the depreciating cedi, inflation and high interest rate. The fuel prices should be reduced NOW!!!.
