  do they have contracted tankers..nothing prevents you from offering your service to them...almost none of oil marketers in usa own tankers..they are private tank transport companies

  Has there ever been respect for human life in Ghana by OTR drivers? Ghana's OTR drivers are the most dangerous, callous bunch to ply Ghana's roads. Their abrasive animalistic tendencies make them just right vehicles unfit to drive while their masters and a government allow those death traps to be imported and normalized for use in Ghana
  
  Their actions on the road are brought on by a nations' DVLA that lacks human integrity and or have no dignity to affirm the rigorous vehicle inspections needed for certification. This sham and neglect by vehicle inspectors are compounded by a police force that would neither be diligent enforcing road rules and safe driving if bribe can help. As many as 2/3rd (two-thirds) of the trucks on our roads are not worthy in the countries that declared them as salvage materials/cars and do not stand a chance in hell passing roadworthy inspection in civilized nations where life has value.
  
  As usual their owners do have what it takes to grease the palms and pockets of politicians to stay on our roads and thus instead of praying for still having operation licenses they join in complaint after complaint of a nation of whiners.
