He is only human and must be told when he is wrong. If he was telling his congregation to be upright, at least about 600 corruptions a day will stop in Ghana.

One other thing Mensa forgot or refused to mention is that, in London, provisions are made for folks not to urinate in public.

Trash cans and receptacles are conveniently placed for use.
Much as we all hate this attitude, it is not only workable laws that are required but also, the availability of required services.
Even Rawlings, who was seen by his followers as the friend of the under-privileged, did not provide a lot of places of convenience for the public and poor in society.

There is nothing that stops you Pastor Otabil under heavens to aspire to redeem your people and nation because the law of the land qualifies you and the good citizens acknowledge your good deeds. I believe God does too. Evilish people hate the truth.
Corrupt people are irresponsible and not reformable until their asses are kicked. Repondents herein clearly show where they belong and their roots. Thieves now with some academic documents parading corridors of power but do not have the wisdom even to make proper use of their loot because their villages are just as they escaped from and will forever be. Cowards hiding in Accra and ripping off Ghana with their nefarious activities but shunning truth and wisdom. Pastor Otabil's singular achievements and motivation to fellow religious folks are yet to be equalled by any of our presidents after Dr. Nkrumah. The truth is what evilish critics are scared off but the day will surely come that they will lick their own vomit. God is speaking to us but we harden our hearts and plug our ears for the love of sin. Well-meaning Ghanaians are grateful for your boldness and efforts. Never relent like the prophets of old and you Pastor, will be vindicated before their very eyes. Genuine "Men of God" and citizens must intensify their condemnation of societal ills and calls for sanity in our beloved nation Ghana.

A church is more or less a dictatorship by the Head, and when it is a one man church like that of Full Gospel and Action Faith, they become "Absolute Monarchies" where the owner's visions, dreams, and declarations become law. Any opposing view is deemed evil. So you see, Pastor Otabil, stay in your comfort zone, ie your church where you reign supreme. A state such as Ghana or Nigeria is made up of many religions and ethnicities. To be president of such a nation takes more than being a pastor. If you do not have the torelance like Busia,Limman, Kuffour, Mills or Mahama, you cannot be President of Ghana. Take it or leave it. Pastor Otabil's reactions to publi critisms in the past have left much to be desired. He forgot that not all Ghanaians are members of his church.

A friend visited me in the US. While driving, he urged me he wanted to pee so bad. I asked him to hold on till i get to a convenient place, namely a fast food place. His persistence made me stop by the side of the road. He jumped out and ran to the nearest tree where he relieved himself. Lo and behold, before he was done, there was this patrol officer parked behind me. Long story short, my friend from Ghana was made to pay a fine of $500, which was his shopping money home. Big lesson learned and he promised not to make the same mistake ever!!! The only way to make our citizen understand the law is not to appeal to them, but to enforce them. Charity begins at home. When our laws are enforced and Ghanaians abide by them, we wouldn't have Chinese, Indians, Lebanese and Syrians disrespecting us and our laws!

In the US, a politician lost his job for using a credit car that belongs to the state to purchase gas (petrol) for his private car. The law works in the US. Wayome has squandered millions of dollars and he's still a free man. The law does not work in Ghana. The law must not be discriminatory.

Paster Mensa Otabil is arguably the best president that Ghana may never have. He certainly has what it takes to be the first gentleman of the land. He oozes integrity, has exceptional leadership skills and leads by example. He is a man of God and is not scared to speak the truth but does so tactfully. He is a great teacher. He is articulate and expresses himself well. He is very principled and is morally upright. We need more leaders like this humble man of God. Even though I am not a member of his church I revere and admire him.
