  PFAG has clearly turned into the puppet of Food Sovereignty Ghana. I guarantee you PFAG has not read the bill in its entirety, and have been fed these criticisms by the Belgian-funded FSG. As the US and Europe fight a proxy war over GMOs in Ghana, the only ones that are losing out are the farmers that PFAG represents. The bill incentivizes Ghanaian researchers to bring their varieties to the public- IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH GMOS!

  Smart money is against the plant breeders bill clause 23.
