  Thank you, excellent report! My question is that it seems that I get confused again about all these foods! I believe we are all different-even we could come from the same parents! In addition to your healthy eating, I advice that individuals should study themselves and just find what is right for you. For example, I have not intentionally put a drop of sugar in my diet for the last 20 years but still I have type B diabetes! My brother enjoys his sugar with tea but no diabetes. How come? Thanks,
