Now we respect people like Prof Frimpong Boateng who has Phd in medicine and have shown beyond reasonable doubt he is achiever not nincompoops like this b.sc. medicine graduate. It is high time Parliament sits up to check what has happened in recent days with respect to Institutions under respective ministries trying to ursurp power to do their own things without consulting with Parliament,a dynamic arm of Gontvernment.This unpopular actions which may fireback to them is in contravention with the contitution which underder pins the rule of law and other in the country. MODEC a foreign construction firm and now the minister of Education who has ordered payment of judgement debt with the Getfund and also illegally authorizing payment of some private entities without the concerned of Parliament,which need much to be desired and when all these are not cheched. will be an unwellcome nom for other ministries to tresspass and manipulate the system to their own political interest.

Napo should the passage of the following; ROPAL, National Reconciliation Bill, sale of Ghana Telecom, Chinry Hessey report on ESB, National Health insurance Act, sale of Merchant bank, commission of enquiry of 2014 world cup, purchase of presidential aircraft, buildings of 200 community schools, sanitary pads to sch girls, appointment of of speakers of Parliament, ministers ie Fifi kwetey, ama menyiwa, spio and many more that I cannot remember. He should tell me if the issues raised were not dealt with on party whip line. Napo should give us a break and stop his ego and idiotic figiting. the Parliament rans on majority system that is how come hon Barton Oduro is the 2nd speaker.The earlier he stop his empty noise using parliament as a shield the better.
