  In Ghana people will use dubious means to acquire government property and get some Judges to use their positions to allow them to steal government property which is corruption but the likes of Cha don't know that is corruption.
  
  The National Security is an agency that works in the interest of the country and one individual cannot be punished for the actions of the organization,that Lawyer should just get lost with the Daily Guide newspaper which is always supporting enemies of progress in the country.

  The ordinary person has no where to turn for redress in all cases of injustice. The Court System, the Police, the Chief's Palace and others will not protect you. You are always at the mercy of NDC Officials. They decide who lives and who perishes.

  Awuni is an NDC stooge who has no respect for the law, all because he is part of Rawlings/PNDC/NDC created security forces which has basically become a politacal wing of the NDC. I also suspect that this company is owned by a non NDC member, propably an NPP member. So they use brute force to shut it down. Awuni and your killer boses at the National security, if you believe this land was illegally acquired go through the courts and prove your case. Why does this party called NDC always use force and brutality to do things. The answer is very simple. It a party that was formed through violence ,by a brutal murderous dictator. This party NDC knows nothing but violence.

A 'con man' played tricks on this guy. I have had a similar situation back in 1995 but luckily I didn't pay all the requested amount. i lost the money I paid to this con guy! The bidding and all that can be easily arranged!And the court judges-they should be jailed too! They are not above the law. They can't sit there in the courts and just approve things without due diligence. They must uphold their offices with high esteem! If we have to fight corruption then the buck must start now! No tolerance WHATSOEVER!!!

  How can a motion pending before a court be a citation against an agency. Isn't it the court that can cite the agency or person dragged before the court, if the plaintiff prevails?
