Steal a goat you get 15years, steal 51 million Ghana new cedis you walk free, steal 150million you get 10 days while the innocent man who just received a money for safe keeping will appear at the court on the 3 dec before then the main suspect would have finished his 10 days sentence. Ghana law!!
