  It may be necessary to ascertain who qualifies as a journalist. The slew of untrained, unprofessional comedians, especially in our local languages calling themselves journalist is alarming and embarrassing.
  A loud mouth with 3 to six month training in some obscure, unaccredited school can be called a journalist . These schools are spewing out a bunch of loud months, inflated personalities ,attention seekers, descending them on the public as Journalists.
  Of course the public has lost respect for our so called journalist Compare Journalism twenty years or earlier.
  
  Please speak alongside the need for their safety, also the need for adequate education and training, that ensures professionalism and tact in executing their duties Its mostly an embarrassment to hear the ,unreflected, raw and purely sensational noise coming to us as News
  .Who should qualify to be called a journalist in Ghana?
